As the welfare officer of UNISON Bolton Local Government branch, I bring a unique perspective to my role, drawing from my experience working at Bolton Cares. 

This firsthand understanding of the challenges faced, particularly in low-paid occupations, enables me to provide tailored support to our members who may be encountering financial hardships or other difficulties. 

My commitment is unwavering in ensuring that every member receives the assistance and guidance they require during trying times. Whether it involves navigating financial assistance programs, accessing resources, or simply offering a compassionate ear, I am dedicated to alleviating burdens and advocating for the well-being of our members.
